Dr. Witt earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Following graduation, he dedicated himself to advanced continuing education and surgical training, traveling across the United States to study alongside leaders in cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery, sedation, and full-arch rehabilitation.
